It's been a chilled out day with our friends in Milton Keynes. As boys will always be boys, it's been fun watching our grown up husbands revert back to childhood in anticipation of all the Premier League games on show today. I like football but for some reason, I haven't followed it much this season. However, I couldn't help picking up on their surprise at Leicester City's form, especially since this time last year, they were bottom of the league. Exactly 1yr later, they are top of the league. I asked the boys a question - "how did they manage to avoid relegation?". My hubby immediately answered - "they won 7 of their last 9 games..."

I'm sure you hear what I heard in that answer - momentum is a key ingredient to success and 'Finishing Strong" is a very key ingredient to 'Starting well'.

As we end the year, I am bringing forward the goals I set for 2016; perhaps my success in achieving these in 2016 might be powered by the momentum I work up in these last 6 days. What goals have u set? Is it exercising regularly, eating healthy? Why not consider using the last few days as rehearsal and come 1st January 2016, it will be a continued resolution, rather than working up the desire.
