Don’t you sometimes feel that the day-to-day race of life seems to barrage us with circumstances that teach us that it is easier to quit and let go of our dreams than pursue it? We give up at the darkest hours of our life, forgetting that the darkest hour, as the saying goes is usually the hour before dawn...

Well dear, in reviewing why I believe I CAN, I realised that this saying is exactly what keep me going. It is almost as if I find strength from the fact that ‘if it's looking less likely to happen, it's probably because results are close…’ What I am saying is you make the choice to keep believing, turn a new page and carry on or to quit. As long as you refuse to quit, you will eventually get to your desired destination.

Now I know this raises the question ‘Maybe it’s only tough because I am not supposed to pursue that goal’. While I must say that's another story to explore some other time, I still believe that even in those circumstances, the choice to quit or keep going is still yours to make.

Please remember, as long as you keep believing and hold on, committing to your tasks and affirming yourself daily, your goals are sure to become a reality and you indeed will realise that you CAN – Phil 4:13
